Overview

CompDAX™ is a proprietary Computer Department Administration Solution specifically developed to standardize and synchronize the SPA process of workstation computers. This provisioning process includes all hardware equipment and support, as well as software configuration for all computers to be installed.

Like TeleDAX™, CompDAX™ provides for User-Friendly Interface where users/coordinators can initiate a work request to the Computer administration department. Once a request is submitted, CompDAX™ utilizes an Intelligent Workflow platform to analyze the request and determine which administration personnel require notification. In addition, CompDAX™ uniquely provides for notification to be automatically sent to other administration departments, thereby fully synchronizing the provisioning process with the other departments. Direct Back-end Linking is used where appropriate to automate the propagation of data to all relevant administrative systems and applications.

CompDAX is currently under development, and is projected to be released March 1, 2005.
