Overview

EntDAX™ is a proprietary Enterprise Department Administration Solution specifically developed to standardize, synchronize, and automate all SPA processes within an Enterprise, to include:

• Telecom Provisioning

• Facility Provisioning

• Computer Provisioning

EntDAX™ provides for User-Friendly Interface where users/coordinators can initiate a work request to any administration department. Once a request is submitted, EntDAX™ utilizes an Intelligent Workflow platform to analyze the request and determine which administration personnel require notification. In addition, EntDAX™ uniquely provides for notification to be simultaneously sent to other administration departments, thereby fully synchronizing the provisioning process with all departments. Direct Back-end Linking is used where appropriate to automate the propagation of data to all relevant administrative systems and applications.

EntDAX™ is currently under development, and is projected to be released September 1, 2006
