Overview

FacDAX™ is a proprietary Facilities Department Administration Solution specifically developed to standardize and synchronize the SPA process of workstation hardware. This hardware includes all equipment, from file cabinets to chair replacement to desk lamps.

Like TeleDAX™, FacDAX™ provides for a User-Friendly Interface where users/coordinators can initiate a work request to the Facility/Real Estate administration department. Once a request is submitted, FacDAX™ utilizes an Intelligent Workflow platform to analyze the request and determine which administration personnel require notification. In addition, FacDAX™ uniquely provides for notification to be automatically sent to other administration departments, thereby fully synchronizing the provisioning process with the other departments. Direct Back-end Linking is used where appropriate to automate the propagation of data to all relevant administrative systems and applications..

FacDAX is currently under development, and is projected to be released September 1, 2005.
