Our Management Team

Randy L. Ireland, CEO & President

Mr. Ireland brings an innovative and enthusiastic approach to the founding of ITBS. He has a combination of 10 years IT and over 5 years Telecommunications experience, which include working with Lucent Technologies as an IT Specialist. His hands-on experience with Lucent Technologies gave Mr. Ireland the background necessary to create specific Intelligent Workflow tools to facilitate efficient management of telecom, workstation and real estate provisioning processes. His technical expertise has further enabled Mr. Ireland to develop these proprietary administrative management tools.

Mr. Ireland's love for IT Applications was born early when, as a teenager, he assisted in the development of a Student Profile database for a local school. This application, one of the first of its kind, pioneered the way school records are maintained, even today.

Shortly after school, Randy joined the US Air Force, where he served at Eglin AFB, FL in the 96th Civil Engineering Group. In 1997 he left the US Air Force to pursue a career in Information Technologies. Soon after, he joined Lucent Technologies as an IT Specialist assisting in the installation of new PBX Systems at Fortune 500 Companies, such as; MassMutual, Anthem Blue Cross, The HARTFORD, Lincoln Life, UTC, Travelers, and Cigna. It was during this period Mr. Ireland recognized the tremendous demand (and opportunity) for specialized telecom department administration solutions.

It was with this vision and foresight that Mr. Ireland founded ITBS in February of 2000. As President, Mr. Ireland provides the lead in developing and implementing Operational, Marketing, Product Development, and Administration strategies.

Within the first 18 months of operations, Mr. Ireland had successfully reached key milestones, including: product realization, beta testing with customers, product expansion planning, and assembling an exceptionally talented development team.
